Joining LNC has never been easier!

We’re now offering two ways to join—online or by mail:

Online Enrollment:
1. Fill out the online Member Enrollment Form
2. Pay your Membership Dues online via PayPal¹

Enroll by Mail:
1. Download²and print the Member Enrollment Form
2. Complete the Member Enrollment Form and mail it along with your check for annual dues to:

¹Please Note: You will need to have a PayPal account in order to complete your Online Enrollment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may open one. Alternatively, you may follow the steps for "Enroll by Mail" and mail us your completed Member Enrollment Form along with your check for annual dues to the above address.
